Bad customer service

I did not want this product. I sent multiple emails to have them skip the next few months as I had mad adjustments on my profile and this is the third time it has gone back and charged me when I already had excess product. Because of this and customer service never getting back to me I canceled my whole subscription which I have had for over a year. A shame

Orange sherbet is ok, but I feel like you need to keep other flavors, especially Carnival Candy in stock. It has been out of stock since June!!!!!
