Refund policy

We offer a 45-day refund policy for all first-time, non-discounted orders, allowing you to try Kiala with confidence. You have 45 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.ย 

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order youโ€™ve placed with Kiala and must be a one-time order. To request a refund, you can contact us at support@kialanutrition.com.

If your refund request is accepted, weโ€™ll process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Kiala, less $5 to help cover processing costs.

Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.You can always contact us for any refund questions atย support@kialanutrition.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened-package perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes subscription orders.

Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges of products for health and safety reasons.

Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cancelations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
