I love this Pre-Workout!

A great pre-workout. It keeps me going during my workouts and doesn't give me the jitters that some others do, also I don't get the crash afterwards. The taste is great and can't wait to try other flavors once they are back in stock.

Have you ever herd the saying? “I wish I could bottle that energy up and use it for myself?”, when you see the energy toddlers have? This is exactly that. The taste is really good. It was sweet for me at first but I just add extra water to dilute it and it’s perfect! I use this mid day instead of coffee or an energy drink. It gives me motivation to do more than work out. It helps me get chores done/have energy to do something active with my kiddos. It really gives me extra motivation when I feel like I have none. When I first started it it did give me tingles but went away. It really helps me to focus too. If you’re looking for more focus and energy try this. You won’t be disappointed! If your doing it for what it’s intended for as a pre work out it will give you energy and focus and motivate you to get in a good work out!
